SCHOOL BUS DRIVER
In this position you will operate a school bus transporting children and passengers in a safe and timely manner. At CBS, we provide an extensive paid training program to assist you in acquiring the necessary skills to serve as a school bus driver.

Willingness to obtain training of Federal and State regulations and laws pertaining to the operation of school buses

BUS DRIVER TRAINEE
In this position you will assist students with special needs, greet students as they board, show passengers to their assigned seats, making sure all safety measures are
taking place. As a bus driver trainee it is our goal to train you to become a school bus driver. We assist you in this process every step of the way.

FLEET TECHNICIAN
This position is to maintain and repair the company vehicle fleet.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & RELATED EDUCATION OR WORK EXPERIENCE

Must be at least 18 years of age with minimum of two years driving experience as determined by the Ohio Pupil Transportation Operation and Safety Rules

Must obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Transport, Air Brake, and School Bus Driver endorsements within three months of initial starting date.

Should have a minimum of two (2) years verifiable experience as a truck technician or equivalent education.

Must have basic knowledge and skills for arc and oxygen-acetylene welding. Must be capable of welding the five (5) types of joints including butt, fillet, lap, corner and edge welds.

Should own a basic set of mechanics tools including a Roll-a-way cabinet and top chest
-
Must be willing and able to advance diagnostic and repair skills, verified by successful completion of two (2) ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Technician or two ASE Automobile Technician certification tests (one test must be either T4 or A5, Brakes) within twelve (12) months of initial employment, and continue to remain certified through recertification testing.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Should have a minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience of full-time employment as an automotive or truck technician.

Should be an ASE certified Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technician with all (6) tests which include Gasoline Engines (T1), Diesel Engines (T2), Drive Train (T3), Brakes (T4), Suspension and Steering (T5), and Electrical System (T6), or a Master Automobile Technician with all eight (8) tests which include Engine Repair (A1), Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2), Manual Drive Train and Axles (A3), Suspension and Steering (A4), Brakes (A5), Electrical Systems (A6), Heating and Air Conditioning (A7), and Engine Performance (A8), and continue to remain certified through recertification.

VAN DRIVER
